Beautiful Mallorcan country house with stone facade and private pool near Son Carrió. It has been completely renovated, but the typical Mallorcan elements have been retained. The entrance area with stairs is very nice, with high stone walls and an open space that could be used as an office. There are two bedrooms, one with direct access to the pool area on the ground floor, the second on the first floor with bathroom en suite and private terrace with views of the garden and pool.
The living-dining room with open kitchen is cozy and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped. Between the living area and the entrance area there is a "fireplace room" like almost all typical Mallorcan country houses used to be.
A beautiful garden with a private pool (5,5m wide and 12m long), fountain and lawn as well as a magnificent palm tree, numerous trees and a multitude of plants make this country house the perfect place to live without giving up the proximity of the village.

The town of Son Carrio belongs to the town hall of Sant Lorenzo. It’s a small traditional Mallorquin town with much charm. On the of the towns entrances there is a large church, Sant Miquel. There is an old railway line that has been converted into a pathway that connects until Arta, perfect for walks or riding a bike. This town is acknowledged for its liqueurs and pastries with apricots. Within 10 minutes’ drive you have the following towns, Sant Lorenzo, Arta, Son Servera, Sa Coma, Porto Cristo or Manacor.
