Cala Ratjada belongs to the municipality of Capdepera, aprox. 85 km from Palma. Originally a small fisherman’s village that has transformed into a popular tourist destination. There are beautiful beaches such as; Cala Agulla, Son Moll, Cala Gat, L’Olla, Cala Lliteras and Cala Moltó. It has an iconic light house and a well-established harbour with 85 moorings. There is a wide selection of restaurants and bars. It’s renowned for its lively night life. Other towns that belong to this municipal are Font de Sa Cala, Canyamel, Cala Gat and Cala Mesquida. Every Saturday the local market is celebrated in the town square Plaza de los Pinos.
